Performance Tab

Enable those with permissions (administrators, team owners, and team leaders) to launch appraisals for individual team members or appraisals for all team members in a single action.

The appraisals are managed by the Team Leader designated for the project, not the employee’s reporting manager.

This tab also allows those with permissions to launch 360 appraisals for individual team members or all team members with a single action.

Note: This tab is available only if the Performance module is enabled.

Sections

The Performance tab contains two sections.

Section	Description
Appraisals	Use this section to launch appraisals for individual team members or appraisals for all team members in a single action.
360 Grid	On the 360 grid, launch 360 appraisals for individual team members or for all team members in a single action. There is a 50 person limit to the number of participants you can include in a 360 Appraisal, when launching it from anywhere within Deltek Talent Management.
